Charles Norfleet Jr., a Greenwich, Connecticut native, cultivated a deep love for sports and community service from an early age. A standout athlete, he excelled in tennis and squash, earning MVP honors in tennis and captaining both teams during high school. After graduating from Greenwich High School in 2013, Charles pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at George Washington University, graduating in 2017 and becoming an active member of Sigma Phi Epsilon.

In 2021, Charles achieved his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, channeling his expertise to guide individuals toward financial independence. His commitment to giving back is evident in his volunteer efforts, including rebuilding homes after Hurricane Katrina and joining mission trips to Jamaica. Outside of his professional and philanthropic pursuits, Charles enjoys golf, skiing, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Inspired by his father’s enduring influence, he approaches life with empathy, patience, and a steadfast dedication to helping others.
