Charles Norfleet Jr., born and raised in Greenwich, Connecticut, found his passions in sports and community service early in life. A talented athlete, he excelled in tennis and squash, serving as captain of both teams in high school and earning MVP recognition in tennis. After graduating from Greenwich High School in 2013, he attended George Washington University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2017 and joined Sigma Phi Epsilon.
By 2021, Charles became a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), dedicating his career to helping clients achieve financial freedom. His philanthropic efforts include rebuilding homes after Hurricane Katrina and participating in mission trips to Jamaica. Beyond his work, Charles enjoys golf, skiing, and prioritizing a healthy lifestyle. Guided by the values instilled by his father, he embraces empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to serving others.
